I have taken my GED after 2014, and scored between 145-150 in 2subjects. And according to new law, if I have taken GED after 2014 and scored above 145 then I pass the test. In many states this law have already implemented, but not in California. Can you help me to know when California will implement this law ??
Hi Mausami,

First of all--congratulations on testing well! Nice work!

The new GED testing scores went into effect in all states March 1st. This means that anyone taking the test now only needs to get a 145. Each state has different rules regarding tests taken prior to March 1st 2016. I would recommend asking your local department of education if California is planning to make the new scoring system retroactive or not.

Good luck!
